How to use ContourLift Premium

  1. Cleanse your skin and apply a thin layer of Conductive Gel.
  2. Choose LIFT and move from the centre of your face outwards, 5–10 strokes per zone.
  3. Switch to TIGHTEN for jawline and cheeks.
  4. Apply your serum and finish with INFUSE.

      What's the difference with the standard ContourLift?

      The Premium has a separate INFUSE mode for serum, three intensities and a slimmer, lighter design. The standard ContourLift is our entry-level model.

      Do I need gel?

      Yes, for LIFT and TIGHTEN. Without conductive gel the current doesn't pass through evenly. Use the Seravares Conductive Gel.

      How often should I use it?

      10 minutes daily, or at least 4 times a week. Results usually after 2–4 weeks.

      Do I feel the current?

      A slight tingling on level 1 is normal; only increase when it feels comfortable.

      How long does the battery last?

      About 1.5 hours of use per charge, so well over a week with daily sessions.

      Can I combine it with the LED mask?

      Yes: ContourLift first, then the mask, finish with serum.
