Seravares cannot be held liable for minor deviations in product information or images.

All prices on the website are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Seravares reserves the right to change prices. The price applicable at the time of ordering is always the valid price.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm your order.

Seravares reserves the right to refuse orders or to request additional information.

6. Payment

Payments must be made in full before the order is shipped.

We accept payments via the available payment methods shown during checkout.

7. Shipping and delivery

We usually process orders within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Seravares is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

8. Right of withdrawal (Returns policy)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

The cost of returning the order is in principle borne by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

9. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days via the same payment method.

If the product is damaged or used, a reduction in value may apply.

10. Warranty and complaints

Seravares delivers products that comply with the agreement and legal requirements.

• Natural disasters
• Outages in internet or payment systems
